In response to the challenge of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, CFA Society Ukraine, together with the CFA Institute, has launched a Fearless Girls Program – a career opportunity & professional growth program for Ukrainian women with finance or investment background affected by war and who want to get help in finding a job or other professional growth opportunities.

Today, most female Ukrainians think about additional education, want to gain new knowledge, and plan to master a profession that will help in economy recovery after the war.

Our goal is to provide current and up-to-date knowledge along with practical recommendations in finance and investment to female Ukrainians who are forced to seek new career opportunities. The Program is implemented by the CFA Society Ukraine Association of Investment professionals.

CFA Society Ukraine is a non-governmental, non-for-profit Ukrainian association of investment professionals, representative of the worldwide network of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) societies that are member societies of the global association of investment professionals CFA Institute. We unite more than 300 representatives of the investment profession within the country who hold the CFA Charter (Chartered Financial Analyst) or are on their way to earning it.
