As the war in Ukraine continues, JP Morgan Chase & Co. is starting second edition of one year paid work and training program based in Warsaw to help refugees continue their careers and rebuild their lives.

The program offers:

-A fixed-term contract for 12 months (upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to apply for open positions within the company)

-Dedicated training, that will train you to work in one of the many teams present in Warsaw (for example: Finance, Human Resources and Operations)

-Supporting selected candidates in settling in, such as helping them find housing, arranging preschool and school care

 

The program is dedicated to people who know English at a minimum B2 level (you don’t need to know Polish), who have a minimum of one year of corporate work experience and a bachelor’s/master’s degree.
